Day 4 of camp. Today we had a carnival and birthday party for the kids. There were different activities set up for the kids to choose from. I helped paint fingernails. There was also fishing for prizes, ring toss, balloon animals, and much more. We enjoyed a lunch treat of hot dogs, 7up, and popcorn. The kids also put on a performance in which they recited poetry and danced as a way of saying thank you. After lunch, we passed out the kid's birthday gifts. Each kid got a toy, clothes, shoes, candy, and some other fun surprises. The kids got their gifts in blue drawstring bags so they could be reused for other things. All of the children were very happy and grateful for their gifts.
